London 15th June, 2010 – Presence Networks Limited, a British-based market leader in Unified Comms as a Service (UCaaS) technology and Systems Integrator, RFL Communications, today announced an agreement enabling RFL to distribute UK services based on the Presence NetWorker™ platform.

Presence Networks’ NetWorker™ is a highly scalable, multi-tenant UCaaS technology that enables Service Providers to offer network-based, presence –awareness integrated with a voice and encrypted data services to desktop and mobile devices. Critically the technology requires no specific user investment and is designed to allow organisations to create and control their own secure live networks within a few hours and to link contacts together across corporate boundaries.

The RFL hosted system enables secure Instant Messaging and file transfer, integrated with UK Call Handling and other services. The Company has already signed its first deals through Reseller, Zantra Technologies, including with the West Midlands NHS Healthcare Procurement Company (HPC).

PRESENCE NETWORKS ADDS SOPHOS ANTI-VIRUS SCANNING ENGINE INCREASING PROTECTION FOR NETWORKER USERS Sophos partnership adds momentum to Presence Networks’ leadership in growth market London, 28 August, 2007 – Presence Networks Ltd., a market leader in secured real-time unified communications, today announced a partnership with IT security and control firm Sophos, to give users a more enhanced experience of secure instant messaging. Users of Networker will now have the confidence that their files will be scanned for malware such as viruses, Trojans, worms and spyware, by Sophos’ world leading, anti-virus (AV) engine (SAV Interface). As secure instant messaging continues to grow in the enterprise, office workers will increasingly be sending attachments over instant messaging (IM). The integration of SAV Interface will enable Presence Networks’ customers to scan all attachments being uploaded to, and downloaded from, the Networker gateway, protecting both organisations’ networks and workers’ individual desktops. SAV Interface uses innovative technologies such as Behavioral Genotype to provide protection against both known and previously unseen zero-day threats. Sophos Anti Virus’s scanning engine will be integrated with all versions of Networker. These include: Networker 4.0, the recently launched Networker Web Access Client (developed on Asynchronous JavaScript and XML – ‘AJAX’); and the Networker Mobile Client currently in development for mobile devices such as BlackBerry and selected smartphones. With the Sophos engine sitting on the Networker server, there will not be a negative impact on mobile devices’ processing speeds. FOCUSSING RESOURCES ON APAC REGION FOR EARLY SAAS GROWTH

Hong Kong, 11 January, 2009 – Presence Networks Limited, a market leader in secure real time communications, today announced that Mike Lagunowitsch, former GM Sales for Verizon Business is to join the company as VP APac and head its drive into developing and supporting Service Providers as Sales Channel Partners for its NetWorker Unified Comms SaaS system.

Lagunowitsch who left Verizon Business in mid 2008 said: "As soon as I saw the NetWorker system and heard the proposition for Service Providers I was convinced that this was an offering that would play well here and wanted to be involved. NetWorker was designed for the SaaS model unlike most other Unified Comms Software. Some are now being reverse engineered to try to fit into a connected world whereas NetWorker started from the premise that Business needs a quick and easy to learn solutions that have a low cost of entry, measurable ROI and can be internally controlled to ensure that all the boxes for security, connectivity and compliance are ticked."

The new Outlook client now completes the SaaS-based NetWorker Collaboration Suite enabling business users to add real-time working and unified messaging capabilities to existing e-mail services to enable them to connect, collaborate, and communicate securely worldwide via a range of devices, including mobile users on BlackBerry® smartphones, the NetWorker PC client and Web interface.
