Presence Networks is the market leader in secure real time collaboration and Unified Messaging. All of Presence Networks technology is standards based, built from the outset as a carrier grade, service provider model and delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS).

Users are able to access sophisticated online applications without the need to invest in new hardware, security, backup or in-house IT projects and management to support it. The additional benefit of being a network based solution means Networker can be implemented across large organisations in a matter of hours or days as it has been designed to be compatible with corporate firewalls, as opposed to the months often required by other enterprise-scale software.

We have four key technology aspirations, which are the foundation of our vision and as such are the corner stones of the Networker Collaboration Suite portfolio.

Authentication

Every user within Networker CS, be they internal, external or "guest", is authenticated through our secure data login.

Security

128bit SSL encryption throughout, server based, (therefore not Peer-to-Peer technology as used in consumer IM systems). Data stored on the servers is encrypted to 168bit 3DES.

Control

Built-in User Management System (UMS) to control user permissions, features & functions and determine who can be connected as permanent users.

Accountability

The Networker system is designed to provide permission-based administration, with full user management system access provided to IT controllers and auditors, thus enabling and managing the chain of command with controlled delegation of authorities. All content is date and time stamped to meet auditing and compliance requirements.
