Unity™ is one of the first of the new breed of ‘Cloud Computing’ control solutions offered as a Platform as a Service solution.

Unity™ enables a Service Provider’s to connect to their own SMS gateway and SIP servers to Networker and can also be adapted to enable SaaS provisioning and control for other applications. UnityTM enables Service Providers to broaden and control their SaaS portfolio cost effectively and deliver a range of voice and data applications such as ERP and CRM alongside NetWorker™.

The key value of Unity™ is that it is utilises the existing NetWorker™ user management system, which has been designed for multi-tenancy, multi level control from the outset i.e. enabling a Service Provider to host multiple customers on the same instance of the application and to appoint and control different levels of Distributors and Resellers and to still enable Customers to have access to manage their own networks, groups and users – All securely from one another
