Our NetWorker™ Platform is designed to enable Service Providers to enable their customers to have fully featured live collaboration, but requiring no CAPEX, software or hardware upgrades.

NetWorker™ is effective to the desktop and mobile worldwide and being both SaaS and multi-tenanted also plays particularly well into the Carrier business model, offering significant Unique Selling Propositions over the large software players who have developed their software along more traditional lines for deployment rather than SaaS Provision and often require significant CAPEX investments by customers and long lead times for adoption and roll-out. Adaptive to individual Customers’ requirements

Once a user is registered on the NetWorker Platform, options included in their service delivery can be adapted to meet both their requirements in terms of cost, capabilities and business requirements and to fit with the Service Provider’s own business model.

The primary user interface is the NetWorker desktop client which offers a full range of features options that can either be bundled or split into separate user capabilities However any individual user can be enabled to use any or all of the access capabilities, for example some people may focus mobile field use or only, but are connected securely into back office admin support who use the NetWorker installed client or Live Outlook client only.. All are controlled centrally via Presence User Management System.
